Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or purchase a membership, what we use it for, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be understood: if anything is unclear, write to us and we will explain it.

Who we are

Assure for Life, located at 100 N Federal Hwy, Suite 203, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. You can reach us at corporate@assureforlife.com or at (855) 275-2577.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information: what you give us, and what is generated automatically as you browse.

  • Information you provide at purchase: first and last name, email, phone, date of birth, address, gender and nationality, along with any beneficiaries you register and your emergency contact.
  • Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We never store your card number.
  • Browsing information: pages viewed, where you came from (campaign, ad, search or link), device type, and a pseudonymous browser identifier.
  • Communications: what you write to us by email or form, and whether you open the emails we send.

What we use it for

Every piece of data has a specific purpose:

  • Activating and managing your membership, and coordinating the service when your family needs it.
  • Charging your dues and sending you receipts.
  • Answering your questions and providing support.
  • Sending you information about your membership, and marketing messages if you agreed to receive them.
  • Understanding which ads and pages work, so we do not spend on the ones that do not.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information in the ordinary sense: nobody pays us for it. But several state laws define “sale” and “sharing” broadly, and under those definitions the use of advertising cookies may count as sharing for targeted advertising. We say so plainly for that reason.

We share data with the parties we need in order to operate:

  • Assure for Life and its network of assistance providers, to deliver the service you purchased.
  • Stripe, to process payments.
  • Meta, Google, TikTok, Woopra and Resend, to measure campaigns and send email. Your contact details always travel to advertising platforms hashed with an irreversible function.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

What we never share with advertising platforms

Your nationality, your immigration status and your beneficiaries' information are never sent to any advertising or analytics platform, under any circumstances. We process them solely to provide your service.

Cookies and measurement technologies

We use first-party cookies to make the site work (keeping you signed in, remembering a half-filled form) and third-party cookies to measure how our campaigns perform.

You can turn the measurement and advertising ones off at any time from “Privacy preferences” in the footer. Strictly necessary ones cannot be turned off, because the site does not work without them.

Where the law requires your permission first, we load nothing until you give it. Where the law allows measurement by default, we measure from the start and tell you, with a way out.

Global opt-out signals

We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your information, with nothing further required from you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to do the following. We will not treat you worse for exercising them:

  • Know what information we hold about you, and get a copy.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete it, except what we must keep for legal or contractual reasons.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising and of the sale or sharing of your information.
  • Limit the use of information considered sensitive.
  • Appeal if we turn your request down.

How to exercise them

Write to corporate@assureforlife.com telling us what you want to request. We will respond within the time your state's law allows, usually 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before giving you information about your account — we will never ask for more data than that requires.

If someone acts on your behalf, they will need to show that you authorised them.

How long we keep it

We keep your membership data while the membership is active, and afterwards for as long as applicable tax and legal obligations require. Browsing data is kept for shorter periods, set by each measurement tool.

Minors

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a minor has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date in the header. When a change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the site itself.
